Staff was helpful and room was clean. The restaurant inside of hotel had delicious food, as well. The only critiques are that the bluetooth speaker was impossible to find because there were so many other speakers in other nearby rooms. I also wish the TV had more options for streaming. Other than that, I had a great stay!

This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are nice. It’s not huge but it is a normal size. The remote for the bathroom mirror feature did not have batteries sadly but it seemed a cool feature. The bathroom is a good size but the doors are actually really odd and they close like French doors so there’s a gap that you can see right in. Also, there was hair in the shower and no shampoo or body soap. Which I didn’t realize until I was already in the shower. It was nice and quiet when we were there and we did order room service breakfast which was under seasoned completely and very oily. The pool is large and the hot tub nice. There’s also a gym but we didn’t use it. I like the location and we were there for a dog show which was fun. Decent stay but not my favorite.

We stayed the night for my daughter’s birthday. Despite a volleyball tournament going on, check in was easy and ordering food was a breeze. My daughter ended up losing a tooth. I went down to the from desk to ask for a piece of paper to write a note for the tooth fairy and Mariah (at the front desk) added a special treat for her as well. Staff was very friendly and vallet parking was reasonable and quick. Definitely will stay here again

Rude staff. Ruined my wedding day. Ruined my photo shoot and my wedding makeup from crying. I do not recommend staying here, nor having your wedding here. They do not care about their guest. I told the “manager” Maurice he was ruining my wedding by telling me where I can and cannot take professional photos recommend we take them with our phones. He shrugged me off and said “no I’m not ruining your wedding day” we booked multiple rooms one of them being a really expensive suite. To top it off Maurice approached myself the bride out of a whole group of people to say “ you can’t take pictures here” word of advise if your reading this never approached the bride with news like this, go to the parents, groom someone else ANYONE ELSE but the bride who just spent hours and hundred of dollars to look beautiful. I recently attended a wedding where we stayed at this hotel and took pictures. We did not have this issues so idk why all the sudden taking pictures on the stairs was such a big deal. Maurice was telling me I had to pay to take pictures there, maybe he wanted me to offer him cash. I do not know. Both the makeup artist and photographer were confused because they have serviced tons of wedddings here and said this never happened to them. Your wedding day is suppose to be the best day of your life. You do not need unnecessary stress.

We do host weddings at our property that can set up photoshoots if we contract those weddings at a certain business volume and can set up certain areas for photos with a sales/event manager. If the photoshoot is not set up with a room block, we do restrict guests from taking professional photos in the public spaces as it can interfere with the traffic of guests if not blocked off accordingly with a contracted event manager. We do apologize if this information was not communicated to you and we will relay this feedback to our leadership team to ensure we enforce our guidelines in a better manner. Great place to stay, the room was comfortable and clean. Ran out of shower soap while taking the shower. Wasn't sure why it was refilled during normal cleaning.

It was just ok. For the price I paid I was expecting to have a better stay but that was not the case. There really was no ventilation in the room. There are no opening windows and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The room smelled stale and just had an odor the whole weekend. We stayed for the weekend after thanksgiving I’m not sure what event was going on but there was an a lot of teenagers on our floor which I’m guessing was a youth group trip. They appeared unsupervised and ran up and down the halls all night and playing on the elevator. It honestly was very disappointing since it was supposed to be a relaxing trip. I was also charged $50 per night for incidentals which we had none so we should have been credited back but a week later we're still waiting for the charges to be reversed. We will not be staying with them again.

I only stayed for one night so I did not get a chance to enjoy all the amenities however the hotel is very nice and the ambiance is very nice. I would stay here again. The only negative I would say is the front desk check in could use more help and seem to be short staffed. Many guest are checking in and many of the guest complained of the wait time to speak to someone already working at the front desk. More than 2 employees are required at this site due to the amount of clients that stay at this hotel location.

The hotel was beautiful, service was outstanding, and the location is extremely convenient. My wife and I were just trying to get away for the weekend, so I chose what was rated as the nicest hotel in the area. It didn't disappoint. We both loved it. Also, we had dinner plans at Perry's Steakhouse and a show at the Improv booked, which were so convenient. Grabbed an Uber, went to each, then finished the night at the hotel bar, where our bartender served up some amazing cocktails. Great weekend.

My only complaint is the numerous body hair that was in the shower/tub which to me means it wasn’t disinfected in cleaned very well.
