“Great location!”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, answering questions about everything, since it was our first visit to Chicago. They offered maps, bus routes, and dining suggestions. When I was looking for a specific toy for my daughter, the conceirge made phone calls and searched the internet for shopping options. Our location was great, just off the Magnificent Mile, and we could walk to the lake. It was also quiet. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location just 10 minutes walk to all the shops and bars. I go to Chicago on business and have founf this hotel excellent value for money. Only negative is it has no bar fcaility.

“Excellent service”

I discovered I had left garments in the chest of drawers, so I called the hotel several hours after my departure. I was connected with a most cordial person in Housekeeping, who immediately checked the room, collected the garments, and FedEx'ed them to my home address at no charge to me. Outstanding service! The complimentary breakfasts and Thursday evening meal were more than satisfactory.

This hotel is awesome. The room was very high class, and really comfortable, and definitely the best value for the price. The location is also perfect, so much good stuff within walking distance, or a very short cab ride. Would stay here everytime I'm in Chicago

This hotel was the perfect location for a late winter getaway. It was walking distance to great shopping and restaurants.

This hotel was absolutely awesome. The 2-bedroom suite we had was very spacious, and extremely clean. The hotel staff always went out of their way to help us, and the complimentary buffet breakfast and evening reception were much more than we had ever expected. The hotel was only one block off of Michigan Avenue, close to all the shopping, and close to all the bus lines to allow us to access such attractions as the Shedd Aquarium, the Field Museum, the Art Institute, and Millenium Park just to name a few. All in all, this hotel made ourt vacation stay a roaring success, and we plan on staying here when we return to Chicago next time.
