“very nice”

I was very pleased with the hotel, room, and staff. The breakfast in the morning is awesome. You can't find a better deal for a Michigan Avenue hotel.

The room had a great bathroom, no tub, just a shower. Had small kitchen and sofa beside the bed all in one room. The bed was a little soft for me but clean. So close to every thing. The breakfast was one of the best, Hot! Would stay again

“Perfect for us”

We go to Chicago for a weekend nearly every year so we've stayed at a number of places near the Magnificent Mile. We both agreed that this was the best balance of price, comfort and convenience that we've had - will definitley stay here again.

Our family stayed here for the Thanksgiving weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and walking distance to great restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the front desk staff very efficient.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with out recent stay. We will recommend the hotel to others and we may stay at the same hotel next year.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the hotel really but the staff was very friendly and hospitable, the room was very nice, clean and newly styled with a kitchenette and digital flat screen TV, my one complaint is that they still utilize the old Lodgenet system which makes new use whatsoever of the higher quality digital TV, nor does it allow for plug-in of external devices as even with open ports, the menu options are all inactive, something that can be a bit frustrating, ESPECIALLY if you are a designer and need to display from your laptop. As I said though, MINOR complaint and one I did not deem to affect the overall score.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, answering questions about everything, since it was our first visit to Chicago. They offered maps, bus routes, and dining suggestions. When I was looking for a specific toy for my daughter, the conceirge made phone calls and searched the internet for shopping options. Our location was great, just off the Magnificent Mile, and we could walk to the lake. It was also quiet. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.
