The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and I loved having the full kitchen. I loved having a full fridge to keep drinks and leftover food plus all the basic kitchen utensils. The bed was also really cozy and comfy. And the bathroom felt more like an apartment bathroom then a hotel. So I'd say staying here felt just like home but with all the benefits of Downtown Chicago! This hotel is in a great location -- just a block from the famous Michigan Avenue. Overall, I was very happy with this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

“Great Place for Families”

Stayed a weekend with my family. Very large room, free breakfast and a great location (quiet, but close to Water Tower Place and Hancock). Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel staff and room was excellent. Exceptional location in high rent neighborhood. Only limitation was the capacity of the elevators and number available but patience was the key to success.

My friends and I have no complaints about our two bedroom suite. The beds were very comfortable and the service was great. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests and answer questions. The hot breakfast selection was way more than I expected and the weekday afternoon cocktails and snack was acutally dinner. They had grilled chicken ceasar salad with homemade coutons and bar-b-que beef on bun the night we came in. This hotel is a real bargain for the amenities they provide.
