I like how comfortable and clean my room was. In the picture I assumed it was an oven in there..but i was able to make my suprise dinner work. But the breakfast did make my friend sick. But overall we enjoyed out stay

Customer service is a joke here. Darlene has to be one of the most rudest person I've ever met. From the beginning of our stay to the end she made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The suite was dirty and outdated and reeked of smoke. I couldn't take a shower without getting a headache each time. Seriously if you value your money go elsewhere. For the price you will be greatly disappointed and disrespected by staff members. - If I could give 0 stars I would. On a positive note, Dede was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to engage with. She deserves a raise.

Great sized rooms with a full kitchen. The only bad thing was the rooms were not ready at check-in time. The staff were very friendly & accomodating for the inconvenience. I would stay there again.

Won’t be back
Our room was not ready anywhere near check in time. It was not ready 3 hours after check in time. I was unable to check in the previous day even know I was asked several times to do so. The ice maker took over 90 mins to push out the first batch and only got 3 in total in 18 hours. The room was a quiet and it was smaller than most single room at other hotels. Luckily we did not have to be at dinner early or we would have missed it.

Excellent service, good area and very clean. The only complaint is towards other guest who were very rude and a nuisance to others in the public spaces like lobby and pool. Other than that everything was excellent.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. Hard as a brick and it creaked and squeaked whenever you moved a muscle. The carpet in the suite looks like it's probably never been shampooed before, as well as the pillows on the couch. The HVAC was loud and rattled throughout the night also. All in all, it wasn't completely terrible. The hotel is kind of off to the side in this abandoned looking office plaza, my uber drivers struggled to find the entrance a few times. I was in town for a few days for the holidays and the kitchenette in the room and the Oak Brook location were convenient. I think it couldve been a little cheaper though. Just okay but wouldnt stay again because the bed was so hard and uncomfortable.
