“Felt right at home.”

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Marriott Residence Inn in downtown Chicago. The surroundings were comfortable and pleasantly decorated and the hotel was conveniently located to local attractions. Computer access was avaialble and easy to use. Staff were courteous and went out of their way to see to your needs. All in all, staying at the Residence Inn made me feel right at home. I will look forward to staying at a Residence Inn when booking future hotel stays.

“New Residence Inn by Marriott worth it!”

My husband and I had a very short holiday in Chicago and booked our flight and hotel online with Expedia. Flying in to O'Hare, we caught the blue line train to the Clark street station and walked, literally, three blocks to the Residence Inn by Marriott on Dearborn Street. Having just stayed a week at a hip, trendy hotel in Portland, Oregon we were totally impressed with this hotel! Our room was huge, the view was a delight, location was ideal and the complimentary breakfast and wine & hors d'oeurves were lovely. I have already strongly recommended this hotel to friends and family.

“Nice spot”

This is a good hotel in a nice spot. The room was clean and the staff was courteous, which is pretty much all I ask for. There are several restaurants located nearby and the included breakfast was a nice touch.

“Extremely pleased with over the top service and cleanliness”

Excellent location in the city. Staff prompt about requests. Breakfast is good and lots of hot and cold choices. Valet service went out of their way for us and retrieved forgotten item out of car. housekeeping noticeably good as well... went out of their way to clean and straighten extra items.

“Very nice”

This hotel does not have any bad view, there are interesting buildings of all architectural styles in every direction. While the rooms were a little smaller then expected they were still very nice and clean with plenty of space, not to mention the convenience of your own full kitchen. The fitness center is very nice with great equiptment and a great 27th floor view. The breakfast is delicious with a very large selection and plenty of seating and very friendly hosts.

“Great hotel in great location”

We came to Chicago for a long weekend, primarily to eat at Rick Bayless' Topolobampo restaurant. We found this hotel literally around the corner, and very inexpensive to boot. It was a great hotel, other than needed two elevators: one to get to the lobby, then one to the rooms. Our home base for the weekend included a kitchen, so we took advantage by going to the French Market and picking up some gourmet items that we made for two breakfasts and one dinner. The cleaning staff was fantastic and our room was neat and clean all weekend long, despite our best efforts.

“I felt like a resident!!!”

This was a great deal and an excellent hotel. Close to trains and downtown walking distance. Staff was always helpful, but not intrusive. Great for a romantic stop, or a family affair.

The hotel is on the great location, near clubs, bars, shopping, dining!! The price of the room was great, in comparation with other hotels, it was a very comfortable stay! You will not make mistake if you chose this hotel!
