“Excellent hotel choice”

Visited Chicago area specifically for a concert at All State Arena. Selected this hotel because of its location next door to the arena and the good reviews seen here. I was not disappointed in any way. The hotel was quiet. The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was good. The complimentary appetizers at the nightly social events were more like dinners and, even though we didn't avail ourselves, there were plenty of guests enjoying it. The ability to walk to the All State Arena was fantastic. We walked right up to the doors and in while all around us people waited in lines to park. And even better, we were back in our room long before the last cars were out of the parking lots and starting their drives home. I'd definitely recommend the hotel in general, but specifically if you're in town for an event at the All State.

“Perfect”

We stay at the one in Louisville, KY & have been very happy, so we thought we would try this one in Chicago. My girls went to a concert at the Allstate arena. We could not of asked for better. They walked to the arena and we went out to dinner without having to worry about getting back to pick them up It was right their next to it. The people at the front desk are always happy and try to do everything that they can to make your stay wonderful. They told us to call if we got lost trying to get to any of the places we were going to. I have always been very pleased with the Residence Inn.

Our stay was excellent. My only regret was that we didn't stay longer. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. We went to a concert at the Alstate Arena and it was only a parking lot away.

The service and room were excellent. The only fall back was the distance we had to travel to get downtown, otherwise it was perfect.

“Great Stay”

We were a little disappointed that there was no indoor pool and no wireless internet connections in the rooms. The refrigerator was noisy at night as well. However, we had plenty of space for our family of five and the breakfasts were fantastic!! We would consider staying here again in the future if the opportunity arises.

“Chicago's best deal yet!”

We went there for a 2 night stay. We were attending a concert at Allstate Arena. We drove 9 hours to get here and we were extremely tired when we got in to Chicago in the early am. I called the Hotel to see if we would be able to get an earlier check in ( I reserved 5 rooms!!) as we were all tired and needed a few hours of sleep. They had no problem allowing an early check-in! Impressive indeed. The rooms were clean, the kitchen and sitting areas were a bonus. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the amenities were great! I have been to concerts at Allstate Arena before and stayed at other hotels and this one was the best by far.... All five couples would definitely agree!!!

This hotel was a nice surprise. The staff was great! They helped us tremendously with information on how to get around the city. We will definately stay here again!
