The room was a spacious studio apartment with a very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Free breakfast and airport transportation.
Great location if you want to be near the OHare airport. The hotel it’s 3 minutes walk to few stores like Chipotle, iHop, Chilis, Panda Express, and if you want to shop Ross and Target. The breakfast it’s very good at the hotel.
Honestly the hotel itself wasnt outstanding or anything and that's fine! The part that was outstanding though was the overnight shift worker that was manning the desk. He was an absolute treasure and very helpful and easy to chat with. I didnt get his name unfortunately but he made the stay at the hotel just delightful.
We had a concert and didn’t want to drive home late back to Chicago only the pull out bed we had a hard to to get it open but everything else was excellent, we recommend to family and friends thank you you didn’t disappoint

Our room was nice. Pretty slacious. Very nice staff. One outlet in our bathroom didnt work so we had to plug the hair dryer into an outlet outside the bathroom. In one of the bathrooms when we turned on the shower a bunch of little hairs came out and filled the tub which was kind of gross. Im guessing they clean the showers without running the water...and we found a black hair in our eggs but the rest of the breakfast was great. Good selection. I mean, I guess it happens.

We ended up spending a night here due to flight delay and missed connection. Close to airport with free airport shuttle and commentary breakfast. Well maintained Nice helpful staff.

I tried to use the shuttle but the staff gave me totally inadequate directions to meet the shuttle. I waited 45 minutes in freezing temperatures only to watch their shuttle bus drive right by me twice. I eventually took a cab.

Such a perfect space to gather the family for time together. Great kitchen and loved the fireplace. Having a second full bathroom was amazing. Very comfortable beds and great tvs

There’s a broken piece of glass on the floor and gave me a tiny cut on my left heel and my fiancée. The bathroom door needs to be fixed because of the door knob issue and not closing/locking at all. The bed sheet (2nd layer) had blood stain. The body wash needed refill.

Good hotel in need of TLC.
Rooms definitely needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. Carpets were quite dirty. The whole hotel is in serious need of a major refresh !
However, the staff were very nice and accommodating.

No variety of breakfast. Same food venue everyday. The breakfast was quite disappointing and mundane for 5 days. The sausage and ham were inedible and caused stomach discomfort to my partner.

It was an overall pleasant experience. The only issues I had were I was interrupted by two separate people who just came into the suite without knocking or giving me time to answer. The bed was just ok but everything else was fine. It's the closest hotel to All State Arena so if you're going to see an event then this is the place to stay, you can walk and it takes literal minutes.

I wasn’t fond of the smell in my room but for a night stay to go to concert it was perfect accommodations. I had to go get air spray, smelt like dog and triggered my asthma 2 xs

Stay was OK but it was not clear how to get the shuttle bus to come to Terminal 5 at the airport to pick us up. In the end we had to get a taxi as no one seemed to be able to get through to the hotel by phone. The breakfast was acceptable although certain items were not always replenished even by the next day.
