Convinced to getting around

Pros: The staff was very nice and knowable as to what we were able to do in town. We were there for a family reunion.

Nice hotel near the airport. The free parking and free hot breakfast were wonderful. In order to get into the city, you have to take a (free) shuttle to Midway and then a half-hour train ride into the Loop, so plan accordingly.

Great stay. Friendly staff.

Pros: Family friendly, buffet breakfast, fire pit, evening snack and quiet.
Cons: Later breakfast buffet hours like the weekend.
Location: Food and shopping nearby.
First time I stay at a hotel that was so accommodating. I would recommend it to all that want nice place to stay for a day or a week.

Graduation weekend in Chicago

Very nice facility and staff. No bothering airplane sound that we worried prior to stay. The breakfast was typical, ample, with varieties.

Closer to downtown

Pros: the suite was very comfortable
Cons: Breakfast can offer omlettes and the area by the pool needs to be sealed against the clod
Location: there is food nearby walgreens and tgif
Chicago action only happens downtown, this hotel is about 30 minutes drive from the heart of Chicago, that being said most things can be found on cicero

Thank you for choosing our hotel. I will look into more breakfast offering but we do not have the ability to make omelets at this time. We do offer great waffles though and many other hot items an d I hope you were able to sample them all!

Nice hotel with decent amenities. Marketplace is convenient, but expensive (even for such convenience!). Hotel shuttle is fantastic!

Very close to Midway airport

Very close to MDW airport, great restaurants, shopping malls. Can easily get downtown using Orange Line train you can catch at MDW ($6 round trip vs. $50 parking....and hours in traffic, makes this a no-brainer). Hotel is immaculate, staff very friendly. Room was awesome! Loved the layout. Room had full kitchen(including oven). Room was perfect for 3 people (couple and child, or 2 individuals). Seperate living room from bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom can be isolated, and 2 ppl can easily use at same time. The only complaints I had were the swimming pool was down(had to use pool next door), and the fire pit I was looking forward to sitting around evenings was broke. All in all, this place is tops!

Nice hotel for the price

Hotel was okay.. Spacious, free breakfast, hotel staff were wonderful. Only issue was that the room was very warm, we turned the AC down to 60 (as low as it could go) and we were still always very warm and uncomfortable. There were also a few spots on our comforter that looked a little gross. Other than that our stay was great.

Wonderful place, wonderful people!

It did not matter who was working or at what time we came in, the staff went above and beyond to serve us! The breakfast was great and the woman who took care of all of that was very personable and treated us like we were at a 5 star dining place. She was just a sweetheart and kept everything very nice, and was ready to help in any way possible. The housekeeping staff was the exact same way! Very kind, smiling, eager to help, and our room looked and smelled great! We truly had an excellent stay and would definitely return! Loved the room layout, and felt like we had our own little apartment for the week we were there. Thank you!

Wish breakfast was available at 6am

We moved from downtown to the Midway location because of an early flight out and to lessen the morning stress with kiddos. Served it's purpose with the exception of taking advantage of breakfast which wasn't available until 6:30am and that's the time we needed to hop the shuttle to the airport.

We do offer breakfast for 3 hours from 6:30-10:30am on th eweekends and do have a grab and go option for those leaving earlier than 6:30am.
