Only thing to change would be free Wi-Fi, the hotel was very nice and the breakfast room service was very good!

Very good experience with the exception of a do not disturb sign to hang on the door and maid service came to the room 3 times, starting at 9am, to clean the room. They woke me up and I was not happy.

The room was about 85 degrees, we turned down thermostat to 60 and still roasted all night! 2 fans and an open window at 2 am we finally got to sleep.

Hotel Staff, Friendly but lacking formal training

Location: Airport close by
Prior to booking I called the hotel asking about parking. I stated that I wanted to park my car prior to my stay and upon return spend the night. I asked if there was an additional parking charge and was told that I had up to 14 days of complimentary parking, just make sure to check in at the front desk. When I got there the front desk clerk told me that it would be an additional $120.00 for parking. I explained about calling and inquiring and he said that I'd have to take it up when I got back. He stated that if I was staying there at the beginning of my trip he would make my parking complimentary. (I never could figure what difference before or after the trip made a difference) Going on vacation I refused to allow this to upset me at that time and paid the additional $120.00. I figured that it was just a misunderstanding and that it would be straightened out when I came back. Upon my return, I was told that my account was marked and that he, a different clerk, would investigate why I was charged. Just check in and he'll look into my issue and get an answer shortly. The next day checking out I asked if my card was credited the $120.00 back and that clerk said no because I booked through Expedia. Talking to 4 different staff members that worked for the same hotel I got 4 different answers to the same question. Being in the hospitality industry it means to me that the lack of proper training is why there was no consistency with their answers.

Overall very good experience. The staff was professional. The shuttle to the airport was on time and comfortable. The shuttle driver was extremely nice.

Night Before a Very Early Flight

This hotel was excellent as a place to stay before a very early flight out of OHare. The suite was great. The staff were very efficient and engaging. The room service was fine. And the complimentary shuttle to the airport was quick and efficient.

Everything is good but Internet

Overall this hotel is great. I ordered it from Expedia, I'm sure it's said free wi-fi from the booking site. When I got there, the stuff in hotel waived the fee for wi-fi after I asking for, but this is only allowed to connected with 3 devices which I was fine. But once one device is get connected, it will be sticking with it for 24 hours even un-connected or forget the wifi. Then I went to lobby to use the free wifi for my forth device - laptop, but the wifi speed in lobby is pretty laggy and slow. I have some important updates download from Microsoft, it looks like will take me forever to download. Hope it will improve the network.
