A bit noisy due to road construction, room location (303) across from the elevator and the open noise flow from the Bar and Lounge area. Nonsmoking room but had some residual odor from renovation. Nothing much can be done about these things. Staff was prompt, courteous, and efficient when needed. Bed was very comfortable. Slept well all three nights (Seldom happens). Shower was very good. Need a good shower! Enjoyed the "Social Hour" and our server (Sergi?) along with the food ordered from the kitchen was creative and delicious. 8.99 out of 10 overall...

Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: If you gouge your guests, they won't return.
We stayed here twice, the night after we landed in Chicago and the night before our flight out of O'Hare. The first night we were very happy. The breakfast was excellent, very delicious with lots of variety. However on our return visit we were told quoted $12 a person for the full breakfast but after we sat to eat we were told it was $18 each. Furthermore, the quality of the breakfast paled to the first time, specifically the bacon was far too crunchy and the eggs too runny. Both breakfasts were on the weekend so we couldn't explain the drop off. Also, the hotel only offers free internet on their slow, glitchy computers in an open lobby. It was $10 extra for Wi-Fi in our room. Did I mention their printer jammed when I tried to print something. I seemed to know more about fixing it than their staff. We were far more impressed with our room at a Hampton Inn in Madison, WI during our actual vacation.

Forget getting any sleep in the beds

We had a two double beds in our room. And both the beds would buckle in the middle. It was like sleeping in a sink hole.

We came in the night before to pick up my daughter the next day at the airport. We needed a pet friendly hotel because we had to bring our small dog. Road construction made it a little difficult to get into the hotel but once we were there we were very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. Incredible beds & pillows. Very spacious suite style room. Only about a 5 minute drive to the airport. Parking was extra and the only breakfast choice was a $14 buffet but considering the price we booked it at it was still a very good deal.

The rooms was huge and very nice, the bed was comfortable but the desk chair needed repair, it reclined so far I flipped over the back as soon as I sat down. Also I requested a wake up call and it never happened.

We liked the hotel and we slept great. The beds are very comfortable and the guy who checked us in was nice. Bartender very personable too

Pros: The Staff and the comfort of my bed
I had a very brief stay at this hotel. I was allowed to check in early which was a bog help to me.I unfortunately left my electric toothbrush in my room and didn't realize until I got home. When I contacted the hotel to find out if I could get it back a fantastic member of staff called "Ellen VanLancker" said she would look in to it. Ellen phoned me back to say she had found it and shipped it to me. Fantastic costumer service, top marks Ellen.
