It was a nice location, a little far from the city but it was ok. The beds were so confy! And the kitchen staff were so friendly and speak spanish!. Very nice people.

Cons: My room had a mild gym locker smell. i had to air it out. can you put air freshners in?
The staff is very friendly and helpful. On my way to the hotel, they even stayed on the phone with me for 10min to give me clear directions. They were also very polite and friendly. The rooms had a bit of a stale smell, but other than that, it was excellent. Loved having such a spacious room with an actual desk, lounge area, and separate bedroom. Definitely a nice suite for the price. Overall, great value. I would stay here again.

The property needs updating but it was a good experience and the room was great. We forgot some clothes when we left and the manager helped make sure they were shipped to our home. The room was clean and confy and the staff helpful and responsive. Bonus is if you like airplanes you can see them well from this hotel :)

Excellent Hotel if you have business in Elk Grove . Not too many options to get to downtown from the hotel but taxi, and they are not cheap.

This hotel had the potential to get highest marks but first off when we arrived only one elevator worked for the whole building with no stairs, the a/c wasn't working yet, and the hot tub was out of order. Also, the shower head in the bathroom had to be screwed into the wall. Not expecting that out of a 4 star hotel. Other than those things, it was nice.

Cons: Everything!
The hotel felt very dirty and needed a lot of maintenance work. Here's why and I have photos to prove it. Common areas: o Hallway leading to my room dark, dingy and smelly. Wallpaper & carpets need replacing. Felt very dirty. o Outdoor pool being repaired. No place to sit outdoors. o Indoor hot tub not working. o Over-chlorinated indoor pool. o Plaster on walls and ceiling in indoor pool area cracked, peeling and falling. o Ice machines did not work on Floors 4, 5 & 6. Finally had to go to Front Desk to request ice. Ice delivered some 20 minutes later by Maintenance man in Maintenance uniform. o "Massage Room" was being used for storage and you could tell from outside the door. So much for the thought of a massage during my stay. Our Room: o Carpets felt dirty. o Received bug bites in the room in my first half hour. I thought it might have come from the couch. I had to place sheet over couch for duration of my stay just to be sure. (I have photos.) o TV's placed way to the right of the couch so that you could not watch without badly straining your neck. Maintenance moved the couch over so

Fast check in and nice room layout. The hot tub was cold, the entire hotel needs an update. The wall paper is peeling, hallways are smelly, and the woodwork is very chipped and not nice looking. Overall, this hotel makes me not want to ever stay at a sheraton again. I was expecting a 3.5 star hotel and to be honest, a super 8 would have been nicer.
