Front desk was pleasant and courteous. The room was a little small and didn't have a chair to relax in, only a straight back desk chair. But, for the price and an overnight stay it was fine. The breakfast was fresh and adequate. I would stay there again.

The wifi and TV keeps losing it signal the whole time, The microwave was chipped and rusted stained carpet ,And the worst was the toilet didn't flush called the desk she came to door the lady at the desk handed me a plunger that had toilet paper on it smelled in a plastic bag and said good luck, there was no maintenance worker no manager had to fix it my self would not give me another room I need to get some kind of refund here terrible experience I ever had at a hotel

Good place next to the convention center. Room was fine. The only problem was the shower door that wouldn’t close. Other then that it was a good place for a one night stay.

Missing clerk, double charge
The check in was difficult. No one was at the desk and there was no bell. I found an employee upstairs and she said she was checking rooms that is was a small hotel and everyone did everything. When checking me in she had me red wipe my card and I was double charged but she said the 2nd one would come off in 7-10 days.

Broken desk lamp. Broken desk chair. Dirty carpet, my bare feet became filthy. Bathroom counter very small. Comfortable and clean bed.

Terrible experience. The room was not very clean, the light in the room didn’t work, the fridge barely kept my food even semi cold, the walls are so thin I could hear the people in the room next to me all night long which was extremely disturbing and uncomfortable. When leaving to check out there was people in the parking lot just hanging out making me extremely uncomfortable watching me walk to my car and load my belongings in.

Didn't like that I left my room for breakfast and came back and could not get back into room with key card. It was on my last day on a Sunday and needed to leave immediately. No one at desk and one employee in breakfast area. Luckily Cleaning staff got me in.
