“WOW - This is such a great place”

I took my daughter to Chicago for the weekend and I wanted this trip to be really special. And special it was. We arrived late Friday evening and were pleasantly greated by the staff at this hotel. We were escorted to a room on the 16th floor where we had a wonderful view of the Hancock building and other beautiful buildings. The bed was fabulous and the room wonderfully decorated. The location is awesome. Walking distance to the best shopping on Michigan Avenue. Everyone here was really nice and very efficient. They hailed us a cab and directed us to a nice little Italian restuarant in Old Town on Saturday evening. They stored our luggage while we continued to shop after checkout on Sunday. When we were ready to leave, they quickly brought our car to us from valet parking. I would certainly stay here again. Thanks for helping make this a memorable trip with my daughter.

“It was great”

The hotel was great. Convenient location. We walked to many attractions. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We are already talking about our next trip to Chicago - and we will stay at the hotel again.

“Very Nice!”

This Hotel without a doubt has the softest bed I have ever laid on. You can even purchase the exact same bed if you want when your stay is over. One "tip" I would give people is that I always kind of book these trips last minute and next time I'm going to actually take advantage of the concierege service instead of scrambling like a madman to get dinner reservations. This was also the first hotel I have ever stayed at that had HD TV in the room. The bar off the Lobby was very cool also.

Great place to stay. Perfect location off of Rush Street. Friendly staff. Concierge was a great help in making reservations at a top restaurant on Valentines day. Will go back for sure.
