I paid for a fully stocked hotel with kitchen. The kitchen did not have proper utensils to cook. No hot pads, no cookie sheets, and no coffee filters. The bathroom did not have conditioner. The furnace was broken and kept cycling from super hot and super cold. There were surcharges for parking and I was charged for an early check in when I was right on time. Do not recommend

Everything was fine until Saturday, February 17. I ordered Uber eats on and had the delivery guy to leave with the receptionist. The delivery guy said he left it with the receptionist. I said I want to go get the food on my family members and when we got my family member got there, the receptionist immediately became defensive. I didn’t take it I’m not responsible for when you ask. Where is food? Maybe about an hour later we received a phone call from the reception like oh the guest found your food by the garbage can like what but anyway, as the night went on it got cold in the room we called the receptionist to tell her about the heat heating issue she said she didn’t have a maintenance on staff and gave us a heater Overall stuff for the mishap with the food everything was fine I forgot to mention that someone did walk in and her eating the food.

In major need of updating. Faucet on kitchen sink was loose, falling off. Headboard scratched up. The HVAC system terrible. Either too hot or too cold, impossible to get the temp right. Lousy toiletry options. Conditioner pump in shower was clogged/did not work..

The hotel was nice. The room was great with a kitchen and little dining area. Dog friendly was a plus. Clean and very convenient.

Christmas 2023 in Schaumburg
we stayed there 4 nights and the lobby folks were helpful and the breakfast was not bad at all. we stayed in the large 2 bedroom place that was a great deal.

There was no hot breakfast available although it was highlighted as part of the stay at the hotel. Not all bathroom products were restocked in our room and there were no linens for the pull out bed. Our stay was ok overall, but we did expect to have breakfast included as well as the toiletries we needed.

I did not enjoy my two night experience. I planned to stay longer but the place was not enjoyable due to several inconveniences. The accessibility is limited. The top floor is not accessible by an Elevator. If you have a lot of stuff there can be a lot of pathways and stairs to navigate your stuff up to all by yourself with no assistance. There are a lot of trip hazards on the stairs and pathways. Call ahead to request a ground floor or the main building if you can’t get a main floor. The top one bedroom king suite was not well maintained or as pictured in the listing. The bathroom door did not close due to water damage. The paint was peeling. The living room furniture is not very comfortable. Amenities are limited. Such as cooking essentials. Overall the appliances and the suites need to be maintained better. Needs some TLC and some updates! Such as wall paint, dishwasher cleaning, fridge making noise, light bulbs out on oven, bedroom doors do not close properly, closet rod broken…etc…. There is YELLOW Overload! Overall the staff were friendly and tried their best to help. Their power is limited. The cleanliness is basic. I wish it was better. Definitely not the worst place overall however it does not have any luxury feel. I did not try the breakfast, the beds are fair and comfortable. The hard water is hard on your skin. The bathroom is small the toilets are small. The one bedroom king is not a great layout. I wish they offered in unit laundry.

Its great because the rooms are apartments so there is plenty of space. Our room smell like pot smoke all three days because the people below us were smoking very night. The staff was sometime friendly and sometimes seemed annoyed that I thought there might be coffee available at 7:30AM. Shower didnt have shampoo, kitchen sink didnt have soap, sofa bed didnt have sheets or blankets. I may stay here again because I like the large rooms with bedrooms but I wish it was run better.

The heat didn't work and it was 64 degrees in the room. Someone came to look at it as we were leaving to check out. The front desk called me twice at 11:30pm while I was sleeping-- I picked up and could hear talking, but they weren't speaking to me. Then a security guard came to the door to let me know a noise complaint had been made-- while I was sleeping. Overall I stayed the night because I had to, but left as soon as I was able to.

Definitely a tremendous value for the money we paid. There is no luxury, it is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, but everything they offer is solid and would meet expectations at a rate 1.5-2 times higher. At this rate, it far exceeds expectation.
