OK for convenience, but room could be fresher

Pros: Convenience and free transport to O'Hare airport, free highspeed wifi, friendly staff.
Cons: The room carpet had seen better days and is in need of replacement or shampooing. Vanity light was out. OK but underwhelming breakfast.
Location: Airport hotel, that's about it
Staff was friendly, common areas were fresh and clean, but room decor was a little worn. Carpet had visible stains and vanity light was out. I spent limited time here for one night prior to flying out and primary purpose is its proximity to O'Hare. Just OK breakfast.

Nice hotel with easy shuttle to train

Pros: Free parking and free shuttle to the Blue Line.
Drove in from out of town for a Cubs game and stayed here.

Pros: Proximity to event I attended.
Cons: The hot water at 9AM was bleak. Hot enough to be comfortable when turned to full HOT. Fortunately wife did not shower that morning.
Overall good. Breakfast included eggs and sausage. Not enough hot water supply.

Great hotel for the money!

I travel a lot for work, and I was impressed by the hotel staff. Every single employee I dealt with was cheerful, helpful, friendly and extremely professional. So much so, that I'm writing a review!!

Hotel was beautiful and clean and in a great location, close to all! Would definitely recommend to a friend and/or stay again!

Breakfast buffet is the best!!!

Cons: Nothing Maybe cinnabuns
Location: Perfect
The two young ladies that kept the breakfast buffet going not only hardworking but so friendly....It was Easter weekend and they had a lot of kids at the buffet 5 buses full of young musicians plus chaperones! These young girls were multi tasking and still had time to make sure we liked the buffet.......Magnificient! Please make sure they are given a special thank you from Springhill Suites and Marriott

Convenient location

Pros: It was very clean, modern and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The handicapped accessibility could be improved.
Location: The hotel has easy access to the Dan Ryan Expressway. The Harlem Irving Park Mall is close by.
We were visiting our daughter and this hotel was close to where she lives. My husband is in a wheelchair, so we were looking for a hotel that could offer accessibility. The room was clean very roomy and comfortable, but was located at the end of a long hallway, accessed through a doorway that was not equipped for someone in a wheelchair. Somebody always had to be with him to hold the door open-not very convenient. The hotel staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was wonderful. Other family members used the pool and enjoyed it. We will use this hotel again, but check first to see if they have other accessible rooms that are more convenient.

No parking

There was no parking spot available for hotel guests. Lot is shared with a restaurant. It was very inconvenient.

Not worthy of Marriott name

Stayed here to fly out of O'Hare. Thought we would park and take the shuttle but there was no way we were leaving our car there. Tiny underground parking and awful (and limited) above ground parking. Sure we would have had dings on the doors or much worse considering the people who were wandering around the lot. Not very clean hotel. Would never stay again.

I'm sorry if you felt that our parking was small and unsafe. While we might have limited parking I assure you our secured underground parking we have never experienced trouble with vehicles being damaged. I'm unsure what people other than registered guests wandering our parking lot, but will follow up with my team regarding your comments of the hotel. Thank you for the feedback!

Great check-in

Location: Near the airport.
The check in was the most pleasant I'v had in years. Very clean and great breakfast.
