Good service

Pros: Clean hotel with full continental breakfast
We used the shuttle to and from the train station which was very helpful.

Ok Hotel

I had a great stay. Only thing I had a problem was with the tub in the bathroom, there was some hairs left on the tub. A lot to offer for breakfast but one negative thing was that my girlfriend found a fly on her eggs.

Wonderful Hotel at a Great Price

This was a wonderful hotel. Our room had a small "living area" (which included a kitchen and a couch) in addition to the "bed area", which made it feel more cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great: not too far from downtown Chicago, and in a really pleasant, safe suburb. We would highly recommend this location.

Nice location, comfortable room but challenging breakfast time. Arrangement of breakfast is poor. Keeping toaster and baking equipment at one point holds up movement of people, leading to long queues. Suggest breakfast tables both in the main lobby and Extra Seating area. This will reduce pressure of a single long queue and also direct people to the Extra Seating area rather than crowd at the main lobby. Secondly, park the toast and bake equipment at a different point from the queue - this will ensure the queue is not held up.

nice hotel near to the airport

Pros: The hotel was near to the airport yet far enough away from the airport to appreciate it. A hotel bus was provided to the airport

Location: IT was near enough to the train station for the hotel to provide a complementary service although it would have taken us at least 15 /20 mins to walk
We stayed here on our first night in the USA as it was near to the airport.

quiet room and great breakfast

Our family really enjoyed our stay and were impressed with how quiet the room was. Some hotels have paper-thin walls but this seemed well-constructed and thus a more comfortable sleep. Beds were great as were pillows. The breakfast was awesome. The only con was the pool... kinda small and maybe not as clean as the rest of the place. Overall, we were very pleased. Easy access to downtown Chicago.

Overall good experience , some staff knowledge was lacking including courtesy but overall okay experience , more sitting space during breakfast could have been a good touch

Awesome Experience

Cons: Not a thing!
Location: Great shopping!
What a great place to stay! Extremely clean, staff extremely friendly. Anytime I went to the front desk, the staff could not do enough for you. Great breakfast, with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit and lots of it. One morning the buffet closed at 9:30 but the staff refilled the scrambled eggs at @ 9:20. You usually don't see that! Large room with sitting area with sofabed, table and chairs, microwave and fridge. Nice touches like Paul Mitchell products available in the bathroom. The pool was spotless, with lots of towels available. Beautiful grounds and lots of parking. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend the Springhill Suites to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.
