“top rate”

the hotel was very clean, near a mall and a nice neighborhood, great breakfast, comfortable bed. my wife and i were very pleased with the hotel. plenty of tables for breakfast also.

“Great for the price”

We were attending a convention at a nearby hotel. The cost for that hotel was double the price we paid. It was worth the savings. This hotel (Stay Inn Lombard) had a nice room, one king bed and a loveseat. I gave it a 4 on the cleanliness because the couch had some fingerprint goobers (like a kid ate a frosted doughnut and wiped their hands on the couch instead of a napkin). It was an easy fix I took the washcloth and in a matter of 20 seconds problem solved, however I wish the maid would have been the one to clean it instead of me - I thought I was getting away from my 3 kids I left at home. The rest of the room was perfect and felt very clean. It is not a roach motel. I would have given it a 5 on cleanliness if I wouldn't have to clean the couch. The free breakfast changed a little everyday but always had eggs, waffles, toast, oatmeal, cereals and fruit. I did not wake up sore, so the bed was just right - the pillows on the other hand were crappy, I should have asked for extra ones but I didn't think about it until after I was in bed each night. We were there for 5 nights, and basically just slept, showered and ate breakfast there. The staff was very friendly and helpful about places to eat. It was nice and it did not have a yucky smell to it like most hotels have. I would stay there again.

“Will stay here again”

The place is in excellent condition considering the price. It was a bit difficult to spot at first because we arrived at night and the hotel sign has no lights. Breakfast was good and the room was nice and clean. The location was good, near shopping centers and a short drive from Chicago where we spent most of our time. Will stay here again.

“Staff was incredibly polite and welcoming”

After a 4.5 hour drive, the staff was very welcoming considering how tired we were and we just wanted to get to our room. They also offered free passes to the water park - definitely an awesome perk I wasn't expecting. Would definitely stay there again.

Never been here before this, nice service desk people, clean and comfortable room, nice and quiet. Will be going back to this hotel again.

5 day stay for a conference. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was very good. Overall quite impressed and happy with the stay.

“Perfect!”

I'm a Chicago suburban native living in exile in downstate Illinois. I like to get back for a weekend to savor the variety of entertainment, food, shopping of the Chicago area. This hotel is perfectly positioned close to anything you want to eat or buy. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, but the stores and restaurants are close. The hotel lobby and rooms have more ambience than I expected, and the staff is gracious and helpful.

“Great hotel!”

I was not expecting much from this hotel because of the GREAT rate we got but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We thought the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was better than recent stays at other hotels. It is VERY convenient to Midwestern University. Give it a try.

I just can't tell you enough how nice this hotel is. Great location. Friendly staff. The breakfast was great. I wish all of my stays was this nice.
