Perfect for a cold winter day

Pros: inside the room it had separate bedroom from living room area. cozy feeling!
Cons: nothing I can think of.
Location: I went to Wheaton for the evening but I'm also familiar w Oak Brook Mall location
I booked an over night for my bf surprise bday weekend. he loved the place, it was just what we needed.

We recently stayed at Staybridge and loved every minute of it! The breakfast was amazing, staff were so friendly and even played peek a boo with my toddler! Every person had a smile on their face and would assist us in any way needed. The hotel was quiet (besides my daughter playing in the lobby). Check in and check out are quick, room was exceptional, price was very reasonable. We will only stay here from now on when we visit the city. Close but far enough from the hustle and bustle.

Hotel was very nice, but it was very loud. I woke up multiple times during the night due to the notice of showers and noise in hall.

Quiet Home Away From Home

I was at the Staybridge Suites in Oak Brook Terrace for 2 nights and the stay was great! The 1 bedroom suite was really nice with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room area area and very comfortable king sized bedroom. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff were very pleasant and courteous. Overall, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.

Great price for a quick getaway

My wife and I stayed here for an overnight getaway and were pleased. The front desk let us know that our room might smell like smoke, since it was converted to a non-smoking room in January of this year. They allowed us to enter the room and check it. It smelled musty but not overwhelming so we took it. However I can understand why other guests would have bailed on it. We noticed Weber grilles on the website and called ahead to confirm that those were in working order and that we had a kitchen. We then packed a cooler with our food and prep and grilled steaks and had an in-room meal of our own. The grille worked but was very old - only the two center burners worked. It made a great steak. The kitchen worked for prepping the other dishes - it does not have a conventional oven. Only a microwave. Breakfast was not as great as I have seen on other posts. We wanted to take a walk anyway, so we took a short hike to a Denny's nearby. Overall great price and decent hotel. Great staff.

Pros: Great deal with expedia,beautiful place.
Location: 2 large malls
front desk staff very ignorant and unhelpful. i would recommend replacing these 2 females. 1 could hardly speak English and couldn't understand the English we were speaking.
