“complaints”

I have only 2 complaints one no espn on cable and two around 5:30 to 7:00 am my window was behind the loading dock for the Usps very noisy in the morning.

“already booked a return trip”

For the price it was very adequate. We ended up with a corner room and it was very spacious. Would definitely recommend it, especially if you aren't going to be in the hotel much anyway. Only thing missing I would have liked would have been a fitness room. Even a small one would be great.

“Good deal”

Only a few miles from Chicago, so easy access to city, whether by Chicago public transit, Metra or highway. Breakfast is sparse, but adequate, plus there's plenty of other places to eat nearby. Would've given it a 5 if the outdoor pool had been open, but maybe it's a post-June event. For the price, it's a nice motel, particularly if you've checked out a couple of others in the area!

“I would recommend this hotel”

The hotel was a very affordable option for us as we needed a place close to the airport that wasn't overpriced and this fit our category. The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice shower. The walls were a little thin as we could definitely hear our neighbors showers. The only real advise I would give is to call the hotel and ask for directions because there is currently a lot of construction going on in the Chicago area. We got directions over the internet and our exit happened to be closed. So, we had to drive a bit out of the way to find the place.

older hotel, but remodeled very nicely, clean, and a very nice staff, good neighborhood and easy access

“Repeat Customer”

We have stayed at this hotel before. Obviously, it is not a five-star hotel, but it is priced very reasonably and is relatively close to downtown. The room is clean and so are the beds, surfaces, towels, bathroom, shower, etc. The bathroom is a pretty good size bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The view is not amazing but we were not there for the view. Staff is friendly and prompt. The only complaint is that they serve continental breakfast only from 6 to 9 a.m., so if you want free breakfast, you must wake up early.

“Friendly, clean, great price”

This Super 8 looked as though it had been recently remodeled. Rooms and reception area were very clean and nicely decorated. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was simple, but adequate.
