Hello Dear Guest Silvia ArayaThat night on your arrival at Ohare airport FIRST it was busy , also our shuttle peace is limited and seen other guest call us before you did that night is obvious you have to wait the second round and if you cant wait or understand that"s your choose. Also when you make your reservation with us , on our website don't say that we provide a kitchen , yes we do provide breakfast what we do provide is yogurts , coffee , waffles , muffins ,fruit, and juice . Next time feel free to call and ask us .

Hello Dear Guest Carlo :Thank you for taking your time to leave your fee back on your stay. Unfortunately we dont provide a kitchen , all our breakfast is a grabe and go , that contains a muffin , yogurt and a chocolate bar and waffles , coffe , apple juice and orage juice.
