Chicago At Best

Posted Jan 25, 2015
Pros: Exceptional Staff
Location: This hotel is near everything.
Angela at the front desk was extremely pleasant. We arrived early and although the hotel was full she got us in our room before noon. She was especially helpful and friendly. We stayed in the oriental suite I think angela hooked us up because I did not pay for a suite but we were traveling from MN for my boyfriends birthday and she surprised us with this room. The room was nice and big and included a living room, mini bar, wet bar, and a bed room with a canopy bed. The tub was huge big enough for tall people and can fit two. Everything was very clean and the hotel staff were great. We did use the facilities, made use of the hot tub and ate in they're restaurant for dinner and the complimentary breakfast. I definitely felt like the youngest guest visiting. We are in our mid 20's. Over all a great stay with a great view and on the 40th floor so it doest really get any better than that. Every single staff member was great right down to house keeping. Everyone was super nice. Thank You !!

Nice hotel on top 40th floor of office building

Posted Jan 8, 2015
Pros: Central location, great views from hotel room, breakfast included, value for money.
Cons: None.
Location: Centrally located in the financial center of downtown Chicago. Within the loop everything is within walking distance.
Friendly reception at front desk of office building. Hotel is not known to every cab driver but to me that is part of its charm: the hotel is a little of the beaten track. However it is located right in the financial center of downtown Chicago. Great views from your hotel room. Breakfast is a bit basic during weekend days but all right when served in the club room on week days.

Excellent hotel poor transpotation assets

Posted Dec 14, 2014
Cons: Transportation assets
We took a cab from the train station to the hotel the cab driver could not find it. When leaving to a function thr staff said there was plenty of trans assets out side the Hotel, well this was not the case. We had to walk three blocks to flag a cab in Chicago weather not good. The hotel was fantastic a well kept sedret I enjoyed my stay especially the health club, the loung and the scenary was awesome. I am thinking of joining the club

Pros: Everything !!!!
Cons: Stay as is, don't change anything!! Keep up the good work..
Location: Walking, bus, or train is in distance to a lot. Wills tower, Madison Ave(shopping), St. Peters Church, the Pier...
This hotel is indeed a gem, its on the 40th floor, very private, comfortable and views are breath taking. It has a indoor pool, indoor driving range, fitness room, squash, and a half court basketball court. Angela the front desk check in lady is so friendly, helpful, cheerful and amazing smile :) !!! The concierge and forgive I forgot her name but she to helped me plan my tours and she as well has an amazing smile!! Rooms are clean, roomy and beds and pillows are comfy. I plan to visit again in the spring and definitely coming back.. Price and location are as well very good.

Pros: The smallness & all on 1 floor. Beautiful view.
Location: Went to Chicago to watch The USA Eagles play the New Zealand All Blacks in a rugby match. Great to see Rugby in a sold out Soldier Field
Would stay again. Chicago is a tough city to get into, but once there it's great.

Absoluter Geheimtipp in Chicago!

Posted Nov 3, 2014
Was will man mehr?

Designed for business (not recreational) travel

Posted Oct 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
The rooms are quiet and the view amazing. The hotel is a side business to the athletic club, so don't expect the kind of service you'd get from a regular hotel. They clean the rooms early and don't come back to check if you put the "do not disturb sign" on the door. Also, they turn off the hot water at 8:30 a.m. And they only give you one (large and heavy)key per room -- you can't even get on the elevator to go up to your room without it. So unless you are on your own or stay with your partner all day, it's a bit of a hassle.
