“A Great New Year's Eve Stay!”
We had a great time at this hotel when we stayed for New Year's Eve 2011. We were very surprised at how little it cost fcor such a nice stay.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The accomidations were roomy and very comfortable. An excellent value.
“Local Luxury”
Excellent service, we were upgraded as promised through Expedia. The hotel overlooks a busy corner in Chicago, but the view is well worth it. The tub as promised was a deep soaking tub and made for a spa like experience.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in Chicago. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms, no maintenance issues. Excellent location near Rush street and Oak Street Beach. About 5 blocks from the L station.
“It's close to everything”
The location was great. It was a block from the Magnificent Mile. So many restaurants close by. Public transportation was easy to use. They have a great pancake restaurant right across from the hotel. If you like to walk, this will put you in a great area to do so. Lake Michigan is right around the corner for those that love the water. Overall it was a good experience.

This hotel is excellent. I was impressed by every aspect of the Sutton Place Hotel. The service was prompt and courteous. The room was immaculate. The bed was luxurious and comfortable. I will choose this hotel on my next trip to Chicago.
