Impressive looking hotel.

Pros: Location, lobby, rooms..........really nice bedding, furniture and TV in rooms.
Cons: More towel bars in bathrooms.
Location: Near major interstate highways and airport for easy access to Chicago. Great shopping areas just down the road.
I stay here at least once a year and always enjoy it. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Last year it looked like some furniture was starting to show some wear, but it's all been updated and looks great.

comfortable and spacious

Room was large, quiet and very comfortable. The business facilities were also great - clean and spacious. Food at hotel and hotel restaurant Saranello's was great as well.

Comfortable rooms great gym

The best gym I've had. Rooms are clean and bed extremely comfortable. The washroom is also very quiet. Doesn't easily wake up my wife.

Great experience

Pros: Clean, comfort.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Nothing to do nearby, kind of far away from everything.
I only spent $99 to stay in that hotel, even though it is a little bit far away from Chicago downtown, the room is really great and comfortable. And they offer free parking.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS I'VE EVER STAYED AT. THE FACILITY WAS NICE AND CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT.

nice place but rooms not clean

When I got to the hotel with my family the hotel looked really nice, until I saw chips next to one of the beds, also there was hair all over the bathroom floor. Overall a nice place to stay in, you get what you pay for I guess.

horrible service

This hotel service was equal to a la quinta inn not what you expect for 400 a night. I (a woman in a business suit ) was lugging (struggling) 2 bags into the hotel while everyone stood around watching me. One Mgr was standing by the door and just said hello when I walked in. I was shocked. I asked a few simple questions of the persons at the front during my stay and their answers no with no let me see what I can find out for you. Horrible treatment. I won't stay here again nor will I recommend it again. I will advise my staff to avoid booking any of my peers her as well. I've been treated better at circle K. also there was no breakfast included, for 400 a night. Embassy suite is 150 a night with breakfast and happy hour.
