My brother and I traveled to Chicago on business, and we were extremely happy with our choice with Westin Chicago River North. The staff was very professional, the hotel was immaculate, the room was very clean and comfortable...exactly what we needed after a grueling 10 day trade-show. Being that close to everything you'd ever want to see is also a big bonus. In addition, the hotel is literally across the street from one of the coolest venues, The House of Blues. Excellent all around!

Very nice hotel. Room was extremely clean and the staff was first rate all the way. Great location to all the downtown attractions. Would definately stay here again.

Everything was perfect except for the shower. At numerous intervals during a shower the water would go completely COLD. Maintenance checked it and could not find a problem, but sudden cold water continued to come. The staff and facilities are second to none.

We went to ESPN ZONE while we stayed at the hotel beause it was close, so we have a wonderful time.

The room was excellent and what a great location! I would recommend this hotel. Close enough to the el. so that we didn't need to rent a car. I would, without a doubt use this hotel again.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, walking distance to all restaurants, lounges and shopping in the area. Staff of hotel was very nice yet the night staff were not fimiliar with the area. Rooms are very spacious and clean.
