In the heart of things -- great hotel! We enjoyed the bar, "The Grille" in the lobby as well. Nice big clean rooms. Loved the modern, clean feel of the lobby. Would definitely stay here again. Be sure to ask for discount coupons to Bloomingdales, etc at the concierge.

The Westin is right next to the John Hancock Bldg, and all the best shopping on the Magnificent Mile...it was just right for us.

The Westin was centrally located which was great b/c we could walk everywhere. Being from NYC I frequently use the subway and taxi's... I liked the fact that I could walk to a restaurant or go to Rush St and have drinks... I would stay in this hotel again.

The room had a great view, the beds are very comfortable and the location is great. We will be back! Breakfast at the Grill which is located in the Lobby was wonderful, we ate their twice.
