“Wonderful hotel in a great location”

This was a charming and wonderfully located hotel. The staff, both morning and evening, were extremely helpful and kind. We were given an upgrade to a king room. It was perfect for what we needed! We hope to be back soon!

“Great place, great neighborhood”

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Willows was located in a very happening section of Lincoln Park. The manager and bellhop were super friendly and helpful, and I walked no further than 2 blocks for a great dinner. If you like boutique hotels, this is a great one.

“It was too expensive for what it was and where it was located.”

This hotel need a make over and more people at the front desk to help travelers. The breakfast needs updating and to be more healthy.

“staff is awesome!”

We found the staff at the desk, wonderful, friendly, so helpful, charming, that would be Caren and Anthony who were working when we were there. they made our stay so pleasant...the place is great, clean, smells good, love the robes. So much more than the sterile big corporate chains.

“Nice "boutique" hotel.”

Room was very nice. You can save a few bucks by parking yourself if you don't need in and out privileges, at the same lot. Older hotel nicely redone. Breakfast is adequate if you want to save a bit.

“Great place to stay out of the fray of downtown.”

Service was great. The hotel, while old, was clean and comfortable and in a great Lincoln Park location with easy access to restaurants and stores. Parking is about a block away at $22/day. Good continental breakfast. Exceptional front desk staff.

“Willows Hotel Highly Recommended”

Clean, quiet, well-furnished. Breakfast was ample and varied. Air conditioning units were a bit noisy. No view, but would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect location, great price”

Parking was "only" $22 per day in a nearby garage, with in-out privileges, which might seem high if you are not familiar with Chicago. Great place, great room, courteous staff. I would recommend!
