“Really friendly, great location”

We've just come back from a few days stay at The Willows. I'd picked the hotel from reading various reviews and we were more than happy with our decision. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a really good location in the northern suburb of Lincoln Park. It's set on a quiet side street, with the adjacent Broadway and Clark being good streets for shops, restaurants and bars. We spent a lot of time around the local area as it felt really safe, friendly and not too touristy. Although it is not in the centre of Chicago, we just caught the local bus on Sheridan to get into the City itself, and taxis are not that expensive to get back at night. I would definitely stay there again.

“The Willows Chicago”

I stayed at The Willows 6/27/09-6/29/09 for the 2009 LGBT Pride celebration weekend. The parade route was right on the corner of our block. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and secure. Parking was close by for a fee per day. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and day passes to Bally's. I would definitely book future stays at The Willows.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is consistent in cleanliness, comfort, and accessible to the Lakeview area of Chicago. There good restaurants within walking distance along with shopping and other services. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

“An Excellent Hotel worth finding”

What a treat to stay in an old fashioned hotel wear the customer is treated very well and nothing is too much trouble. the rooms are smart and tidy the hotel is some way off the standard tourist walks however there are ample restuarants and entertainment all around and the hotel are more than happy to recommend the best places. If you are in chicago and want a relaxing stay where the staff are polite and helpful the the The willows is the place to go

Clean, quiet, well-furnished. Breakfast was ample and varied. Air conditioning units were a bit noisy. No view, but would definitely stay here again.

Great location...walking distance to restuarants and Wrigley field....able to relax and have a wonderful stay in Chicago...only problem, we had to take a taxi into the city...but that was okay.
