“Exceeded expectations”

Delightful hotel with a small, friendly feel. The cable to my TV was broken and after a call to the front desk it was fixed in no time. I have stayed in considerably more expensive hotels in Chicago and this one matched or exceeded them in comfort. Definitely worth a short walk from Michigan Ave.

“Great place to stay”

We loved our stay at The Sutton Place Hotel. It is just a short walk over to the Magnificent Mile where there are great places to shop. Better yet, the hotel is located by some great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Our only gripe? The cost of the parking garage/valet was quite pricey.

We had a great service from the staff, best location (Gold Coast - Right at center of attraction). I would definitely recommand this hotel for a nice vacation.

“May 2012 three day stay This is the place to be!”

Fantastic location! Near wonderful shopping on Oak and Walton and North Michigan Ave. Terrific restaurants close: Tavern on Rush, Gibsons, Carmine, Mortons and excellent Corner Bakery for breakfast. Also several nightclubs and piano bars in same block. Sheets/bed/pillows all perfect. Quiet on upper floors. Will stay there from now on.

We arrived for a two night stay after our wedding. We were extremely pleased with the friendy and courteous staff. The room was warm and inviting with all the comforts we needd to make our get away enjoyable and memorable. The Sutton Place is surrond by Chicago's finest dining establishments. We walked aong a beatiful tree lined street after a great meal and thn moved toward the Mag. Mile for some great shopping. This hotl is a must stay for anyone thiking of traveling to or just getting away for a great Chicago stay.

“There is a STAR at the Sutton Place Hotel!!!!”

Sutton Place has a star that works for them. Gary, the night head doorman, made our stay so wonderful that we don't want to stay anywhere else in Chicago. He was not only personable, but knowledgable in a variety of things. He made sure everything was perfect from the right kind of taxi to giving us tips about the city.....he is a star and should be awarded rightfully so.........
