“Fabulous Hotel”

The Trump Tower is the place to stay in Chicago. We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived and until we left. The rooms were beautiful and the beds extremely comfy! The decor was elegant and homey! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

“Chicago's Best Hotel”

The quality of the hotel was exceptional, down to the finest detail. The service that we received from the entire staff was first class. Every person that we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. We commented several times about the level of customer service training that every employee must have received. We were truly delighted the entire time we were there. The hotel is in a great location along the river. There is great shopping, food and entertainment all within walking distance. Mr. Trump has another winner - we can’t wait to go back again!

“Trump Iconic location and quality. Fantastic views, service and convenience. Expensive but worth it.”

We have stayed at many hotels in many cities and the Trump Chicago has proven to be one of the best experiences we have ever had. The jumbo suites are furnished beautifully and have all the Trump amenities that make sense. We very much enjoyed our stay using the Spa and Health Club daily making a stressful business trip seem like a luxury oasis. Thanks Mr. Trump! Chicago needed it. Rich

“Would Recommend”

This was my first stay at a Trump Hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. Upon check-in they upgraded me to a room on the Spa Floor which included a set of hand weights and yoga equiptment in the room - very nice for the business traveler. Wifi was a bit sluggish, but the room was very clean and the staff was very attentive. I would stay there again.

“Chicago's Best Hotel & Great Customer Service”

This was my second visit to Trump's. I was expecting the same room as before, but actually received a much smaller room. When I talked to the front desk about transferring to the room I had before, I expected some resistance as well as a price increase. But I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk transferred me to the same type of room I had on my previous visit completely for free! The entire staff, from the front desk all the way to the maid service, were extremely friendly and always helpful. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Plus the location puts you into the center of everything as well. Any place I wanted or needed to go to was literally a walk away. Yes, Trump's International Hotel and Tower Chicago isn't cheap, but given the quality of the rooms and the excellent customer service, it's well worth your while to stay! I can't recommend this place highly enough!

“Doesn't get any better”

Stayed at the Trump Hotel two weeks ago and must say it is top notch. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The ambience and views inside of Rebar are some of the best in the city. I was a bit disappointed I couldn't get a reservation to the restaurant 16 the night of my stay, but other than that, nothing negative to say about this 5 star experience.
