Very upscale hotel. Close to shops and restaurants. Must try "16" for dinner.

“Fantastic Hotel”

We have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. Stayed there for the first time a few weeks ago - got upgraded to the spa floor and had the time of our lives! Can't wait to go back.

“New, Fresh and Friendly.”

The staff were genuinely friendly, giving us a warm welcome when we arrived. The service was of a high standard, discrete and not in your face. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The facilities and location were excellent. However we are a little mythed by an unexplained charge $42.37 that was added to our bill after we left.

“Loved the Trump”

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room. Convenient location. Dunkin Donuts across the street! Fabulous restaurants, bike rental, river all within a couple of blocks. In the top 5 hotels we've stayed in. Will go back!

“Very very good”

Great hotel and good location. Service was excellent and rooms very well equiped. Little touches made the stay very pleasant. Only downside was the construction (Nov 08) which was a bit off-putting but otherwise the place was wonderful.

“My dream hotel”

Check-in staff and concierge was superb. Concierge had an array of Cubs tickets for opening day. The bartender in the bar (not the restaurant bar) was excellent. The aroma therapy pillows were a little smaller than expected but great complimentary touches. The spa was to die for. In between the gorgeous view from the health club, the robes, other amenities (oils and toiletries), steam shower, steam room, and sauna, this ws the most relaxing and pampering hotel stay I have had in years, perhaps ever.

“Large and luxurious”

Rooms where very large and well equipped. Free wireless internet. Beautiful bathroom. Short walk to shops and tourist attractions. Go on a river cruise that talks about the wonderful buildings and history along the river. Take your walking shoes - very flat and walking distance to alot of attractions.

“Best Hotel in the City!”

Location and Service, Trump has it all. The best roof-top patio in the city. The view is unbelievable.

“Wonderful hotel experience!”

We loved our stay at the Trump. This is an amazing hotel that has anticipated every need a guest may have. The staff was exceptional. The room was fantastic. The location is great. We would love to stay there again.

“Elegant, not stuffy”

We booked in here at a special price, and what a bargain! Our standard room was huge, it had a cooktop, microwave, and a refrigerator we could actually put things into!! It was a great marriage of elegance and practicality. Service was attentive, not intrusive, the location was fabulous. The only thing I would have wished for was a view of the river and lake (we had rooftops) and a place in the hotel to buy a light snack. Highly recommend it!
