Great location!Posted Sep 12, 2014
Pros: We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff in terms of their helpfulness.
Cons: Carpets in hotels always need attention. The carpeting in the room will need attention soon.
Location: Great location and many things to do nearby.
This hotel is very close to all amenities, a number of fine restaurants and great shopping facilities. It is accessible from the airport by transit (Blue Line) and convenient to Millennium Park and other attractions.

Great location, so attentive to kids!Posted Sep 12, 2014
Absolutely the best experience in Chicago. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We travelled with our 10m old and he got a stuffed animal on arrival. Our room had a crib with some travel size baby shampoo lotion and a rubber duck which he loved playing with in the pool (very quiet and beautiful views). The rooms had a well equipped kitchenette perfect to make breakie in the room and for keeping baby bottles clean and cold. An ice maker in the fridge was a bonus! Could not have asked for a more perfect stay. We will be back!

The hotel is very pleasant. You can self-park in their garage, and it only costs $54 compared to the $71 valet parking. Valet is nice, but if you forget something in your car, you have to wait for them to bring it back to the front. The Nespresso machine in the room is wonderful, but not nearly enough coffee for in the morning. The beds were amazing. We had a river view room, so the view was great. My only complaint is something the Trump can't fix, hearing motorcycles flying through the streets all hours of the night was horrible.

A Little Luxury Goes a Long WayPosted Aug 30, 2014
Pros: Service was excellent and all staff were super friendly.
This was a surprise birthday gift. The hotel had a beautiful cheese plate, excellent bottle of wine, and a slice of birthday cake waiting in the room right as we checked-in. The cheese was freshly chilled, so it definitely was a detail the hotel staff kept in mind. It was a perfect slice of pampering in between the busy day of sightseeing. The location was simple to find and close to downtown. Car and taxi service was also provided as soon as one stepped out the front door. An excellent way to spend a short weekend.

Like royalty for a week!Posted Aug 20, 2014
I cannot fault this hotel. It's just a couple of minutes walk away from main shops. The room was out of this world with a view of the river. They treated us like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble.

Fabulous!!!Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Luxurious rooms. Ours had a full kitchen and two bathrooms.
Cons: Valet and self park were expensive.
Location: Walked to Millennium Park. Chicago River boat rides close by. Stone throw to Nordstroms Michigan Avenue location.
Loved this hotel! I have stayed at many hotels in Chicago and The Trump International Hotel really outdid all of them.
