Chicago Has Much Better Hotels Than This One

The location is good (Chicago is great), but the hotel has no charm (very sterile atmosphere). The TV was broken and the staff had to reset it three times, eventually replacing it at the end of my second day when it was too late (most hotels would have replaced a bad TV the first time). The staff also said that the TV system at the hotel is bad and they have a lot of problems. The bottom line is that this hotel is way overpriced for what you get. Like Trump the man, a lot more show than substance.

It was very nice hotel and good location. My kids was glad because they got a cap and a stffed animal from the staff.

Pros: We had an amazing riverview!!! We really couldn't ask for anything better. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. Awesome trip!
Location: The location of the hotel was perfect. It was very easy to access the whole city from the hotel. Every main attraction was in walking distance.
The hotel was beautiful and the location couldn't have been better. The room was big and spacious; we were very lucky and had a riverview !!! Waking up to the view in the morning was definitely a highlight. The hotel is within walking distance to all of the main attractions which was great!! The staff was helpful and very pleasant. They were always there to answer any and all questions. Beautiful city!! I can't wait to go back :)

Fabulous room with awesome views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago River. It is expensive but worth the splurge.

We we're on a trip with our mom, everything that we wanted to see was at a walking distance, the view from the hotel was beautiful, the service and food we're excellent, I really recommend it.

Cons: Expanded mini bar :)
Location: Trump hotel is right next to the Mag Mile! And very near Navy Pier
The staff was absolutely amazing. They took care of us in every way and made our stay perfect. It was an amazing weekend away and I recommend Trump Hotel to anyone and everyone!

Pros: I loved the customer service. Every one in the staff works to go above and beyond.
Cons: Really just keep up the service.
Location: Great euro chic shops nearby.
We had a wonderful time. Attention to details is amazing. Toiletteries to umbrella to milk and cookies for my 4 year old daughter was just outstanding.
