Perfect Weekend Staycation Escape

The Waldorf Astoria was everything I expected and more. The service was impeccable as every staff member greeted me with a smile no matter what the request or time of day. The room was impeccably clean along with the rest of the facility. As someone who spends 4 nights per week in hotels year round, it is refreshing to stay in a hotel that feels no detail is too small to pay attention to.

As good as it gets

The service was exemplary, the room was beautiful, and the work out facility was first rate. They have a 20 yard lap pool that I didn't get to use due to an ongoing water aerobics class, maybe next time.

Perfect location

Pros: This hotel is in walking distance of two malls and numerous restaurants, the location just can't be beat.
Everything was perfect with my stay. We arrived late and they had all my request sorted which made the end of a bad flying day very comforting.

Still Worth It....

For the first time this review isn't five stars across the board. A couple minor hiccups, like a delayed check-in and some stuff left behind in the bathroom dropped down a notch in some categories. The bottom line, this is still a wonderful hotel in an amazing location. We alternate between some couple "alone time" and family trips and both turn out great.
