Great Staff Member, Kacie, Saved The Day!Posted Nov 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
When we got to the hotel, the room we were given was not the room we had booked. We originally booked a Junior Suite. Which came with king bed and sofa bed...fridge, microwave, etc. We then called and requested an upgrade to a Terrace Junior Suite, which was the same as the junior suite just with a 400 sq ft terrace. We got there and the room was a regular king suite with terrace. One room...spectacular bathroom and terrace. But not what I booked. Being our 2 year anniversary, I threw a fit. They informed me that it must have been a miscommunication on their part. The person at the check in desk, Kacie, spoke to her manager and was able to get us the Governor Suite! 2nd largest room in the hotel with a bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and a 600 sq ft terrace. This place was amazing. She then sent up champagne and Godiva truffles to celebrate our anniversary, Needless to say, she saved the day and made our stay there AMAZING. I'd stay here again and again and again. The bed, shower, bathrobes and towels are as Heavenly as advertised. Great stay!

Could be great, but haven't got it togetherPosted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: Modern and good facilities
Cons: Service, providing room style booked.
Location: Shops nearby. Around 20 mins from O'hare.
We booked a room for two nights, through Expedia, and requested two queen beds as our eight year old son was with us. We arrived late at night after a long flight and found that we had been given a room with a king bed and sofa. We then discovered our room had not been cleaned- the bathroom was filthy. They moved us but the key did not work in our new room. All in all it was a comedy of errors and took us an hour to get into a room which was clean. In the end the room was nice, but we will never be back, it was too much hassle.

I wouldn't knowPosted Oct 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
I had a booked room and conformation for a family reunion where everyone was staying in the hotel and when I went to check in the front desk told me that if didn't have a room because they over booked. So my pregnant fiancé and I were left looking for another hotel at 12:00 at night.

Husband's Birthday CelebrationPosted Oct 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Loved our stay. I will stay here again. It was a dance competition going on in the hotel, so to make sure we were not disturbed by all the other guests with small children competing, they put us far away from everyone else. As we checked in, all the staff already knew it was my husband's birthday.

Good StayPosted Oct 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Was nothing wrong with this hotel. No complaints. Got there late so didnt use any of the amenities so cant comment on those. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, no noise from other guests and it was very easy to find.
