The hotel and room are very clean. Friendly staffs. The only thing I am not happy is : I prepaid $21 for my one day stay breakfast but received a breakfast voucher for $12 value. That’s all I like to pass on so anyone plan to buy breakfast when booking to be aware of the discrepancy in value.

We love staying here the night before our morning flights. There is no shuttle but Uber is around $15 bucks each way (10 minute). No waiting for a shuttle on the return. $25 parking for the week so evens out. The front desk is always very nice and welcoming. The beds in this motel are amazing. We are Platinum members of Expedia and recommend for any travel plans you have from ORD.

I chose this location because it was very close to a meeting I needed to be at super early. this location was very clean it dose need some updating but its still very nice.

This was first time staying in Chicago this hotel is 15 mins from O'hare. I defiently felt safe, they having parking on site and its free, staff was friendly. They dont have laundry on site, and they could use a update. I enjoyed my stay.

Overall the experience was comfortable. The only negatives were the bathtub that would fill up with water when your taking a shower. It took about 15 minutes for the water to drain. It seems to me that housekeeping would be aware of this problem when they clean the tub/shower. Secondly, the light socket of the lamp on the desk was broken. Neither one was an earth shattering as an inconvenience but if your looking for ways to improve, "maintenance" will help.

I have arrived before checking in because my flight on the early Morning.I can not leave my luggage because staff tell me they don’t have luggage room . It’s easy by having tag .It s terrible for me to take luggage around Chicago downtown.Bad services.
