Internet not working half the time

Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: Lobby and Hallway smell. Newer tvs.
Location: Great location! Tons of restraunts and shopping nearby.
Internet didn't work for whole first night. Staff didn't seem to care. Had to leave hotel to go to,Starbucks to do some work. Overall disappointed. Old TVs. Room was very clean but hallways have a weird odor.

Nice stay

Pros: Location and clean
Cons: Breakfast should be complimentary
The Hotel was nice and in a great location. There was not a micro wave or a refrigerator and in that is what I consider standard equipment for a hotel room. Disapponted in the equipment not being in the room.

The door was broken off of its hinges. There was a large red stain on the floor in the room. The pillows were stained yellow and smelled awful. I found a foot long hair from someone else in my towel.

24" TUBE TV with a broken remote, broken alarm clock, torn wallpaper in the bath, really dated furniture in disgusting condition, etc., etc., etc.

Ok hotel

I took this hotel because it had a three star rating with a nightly price of a by over 100 dollar and the special for $69 a night. What I got is a room that looks like 69$ instead of the 100 dollar I was expecting. the amentities were dated with the 19 inch tube tv to the On or Off heating unit that had to be on all night to stay warm. The staff was nice. It is just the hotel is more like a motel feel than a three star hotel.

Pros: Location
Cons: More time and money spent on maintaining appearance of hallways and rooms.
The door to my room looked like the laminate was old and needed replacing. The room and hallways had spots on the ceilings where there must have been a leak at one time and the paint was bubbled. The staff did not provide coffee on the week ends, and the maid did not clean my room after the first night. I think I expected more from your hotel chain.
