“Construction not a major issue”

The hotel, staff, and services were all very nice. My room did overlook a section of Interstate construction, but the windows were enough to keep the noise out for the most part.

“Wow, what a great place”

Staff were very helpful with faxing a prespcription, having the shuttle take us to the train, helping us with plates and matches for a brithday party. Rooms were very nice and the shower has excellent water pressure. Geese were an added treat. Location is great if you are on business or meeting someone in area. Houskeeping and Room service were great and quite a lot of food for the room service price.

“Fabulous Experience at the Wyndham Hotel Glenview”

This is a fabulous hotel. The lobby decor is awesome! The staff is helpful, courteous and very professional. The rooms are suites. They have flat screen TVs in the front room and a regular, 42 in in the bedroom. You will love staying here. We had no complaints; the room was clean, so was the bed. They even have robes in the closets and scales in the bathroom. Restuarant on the premises, too. Try it.

This is a beautiful hotel! My family really enjoyed our stay here. My kids did not want to leave. The area is very nice and quiet.

“Only one issue, otherwise excellent”

Bad news first: We were suffocating in our room one night when the AC was failing to make so much as a dent in the heat/humidity. Turns out you have to de-ice the unit in the closet. We literally spend an hour scraping ice off the condenser before it would work again. Lesson learned, we shut off the AC every day when we left the room so it would defrost. Apart from that, the hotel was excellent. The rooms were comfy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bartender was cool, and taught us cool bar tricks.

“Great Stay”

A little difficult to find if you're not familiar w/Chicago. Service was great, buffet fantastic with lots of fruit etc. Ours was a weekend getaway with a side trip to the Wrigleyville, Navy Pier and Downtown. Staff provided us with directions and helpful hints. Avoid the high-priced downtown hotels...15 minutes to Lakeshore Drive without the bumper to bumper congestion...and did I mention the in room flat screen.
