"The hotel was amazing. Great view of Lake!"
The Trump was amazing. It exceeded all expectations we could have had. We got upgraded to an amazing suite for free and my 6 year old daughter was made to feel so special. We were celebrating her birthday and the staff went out of their way to make her feel important and to make sure she had a great time. It was truly a wonderful experience and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

"Great for a get-away"
Enjoyed an overnight stay at this old, classic and historic hotel. Easy, fast check in and very pleasant staff. Room was clean and while small, just fine for what we needed. Quiet room. When inquiring about check out time - offered an extra hour is needed - at no charge or hassle. Noon was plenty of time to go out for breakfast and return.

"Excellent Stay - Great location, service and view!"
My boyfriend and I recently spent 6 nights at the Hyatt Regency and had a fab stay. From day one the staff were really friendly - we arrived a little early but Robbie at the front desk allowed us to check in and gave us a room with a great view of the city. The hotel was busy and probably usually deals with business customers as it has a massive conferencing suite but as a tourist the location was excellent with some of the major sites (Millennium Park, The Magnifficent Mile etc) being just a short walk away. Despite the size and the amount of people there during our stay(over memorial day weekend) we didn't have any problems at all - no noisy neighbours, everyone seemed happy and content. The room was great, clean, comfy bed, huge windows for the view, air con, a big tv for those chill out moments and a nice roomy bathroom. The room was serviced well everyday and if we had needed it there was a mini bar and room service available (which if you don't use its still comforting to know you have the option). We didn't use any of the restaurants (there are so many good ones in walking or short cab distance there is no real need) but we did go to the big bar where you can watch sports on individual tvs and I seriously recommend the banana daiquiri - well worth the brain freeze! There is also a shop on the ground floor where you can get tea and coffee and snacks and this was quite reasonably priced. Overall a great stay!
