Deluxe King room. NOT DELUXE, JUST KING!

It is a nice hotel, but I was upset at the picture of a deluxe King room, which showed a much larger room with a sofa in a small living area. That's the only reason I was willing to pay extra. When I went down to ask about this, I was told, "oh, it says that, but it's only a standard king room, deluxe means standard". Wow, I felt betrayed.

Watch Those Fees

Room was fine, but surprise fees like the $15 charge to park in a large lot shared with other hotels was a surprise. Other area hotels don't charge for this "service" nor do they charge $13 for wi-fi. We will stay at another hotel when traveling out of MDW in the future.

Great for a geat away

This was a get away from all. Me and my newly wed wife spent a luxurious 3 days at the hotel and it was outstanding.

Courtyard always Reliable

Was great, went for USA vs All Blacks game with the wife. King Bed rooms are a little small but basically a standard courtyard room. Downtown, so most places we wanted to go were $10 or less for cab fare and the concierge grab you a cab instantly. Safe area and staff was great as always at a courtyard. Will stay again.

Excellent Hotel near Midway Airport

Stayed here due to a flight leaving Midway early the next morning. Lovely hotel with very clean rooms containing anything you might need. Had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and everything was delicious. Appreciated the free shuttle to Midway the next morning. It would have been great to have free WIFI. Even though close to the airport, room was quiet and very comfortable.

Friendly staff and REALLY close to Midway. The food and service from the restaurant/bar was excellent!
