ComplacencyPosted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: It was fairly close to the Convention center I needed to attend for the weekend.
Cons: Attitude: Have an attitude of "Yes, we will fix this. We will make it better!" This comes from the TOP DOWN.
Location: Not sure, I was only there for the weekend and don't know what was around. The airport is certainly close by!
My room key stopped working. I went to the front desk and the woman there told me "Yeah, that happens a lot." I said, "Maybe you should consider a different key system?" She replied, "Well, we've tried that and it hasn't helped." Just as I was turning to leave the desk, another person was right behind me with the same problem. There is an attitude problem at this hotel, it's called "Complacency". The place seethes with it. The fan in my bathroom was on its last legs, everything seems to be somewhat "worn out". My advice: Pay the extra money and get yourself a decent hotel.

Definitely not a 3 star hotelPosted Mar 16, 2015
Good location from the airport (less than 2 miles). Comfortable bed and pillows. A/C heater unit in the room didn't work but didn't to use it. Microwave in the lobby was broken. The elevator is slower than taking the stairs as it is at least 45 years old. A 1/10th of a mile long walk down to the breakfast area which was just bleh. We only went the first morning and skipped it the other two mornings. This is a typical Super 8 type quality and 2 star hotel. Good for the money though. The Good: Free wifi, free parking. The bad: See above.

Expected better servicePosted Mar 10, 2015
I had call 4 times in one hour to get the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. They claim shuttle comes every 30 min but it didn't. The wifi was not working. I called front desk, they said that they are going to reset it but it did not work even after that. It started working next morning.

IT WAS GREAT TO BE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT, THE LADIES IN THE FRONT DESK AT THE DAY OF ARRIVAL WERE JUST GREAT . BUT THE DAY AFTER WHEN WE WERE LEAVING THE HOTEL THERE WERE TWO GUYS IN THE FRONT DESK, THEY GOT INTO THE BACK OFFICE FOR ABOUT 15MIN AND MAY PEOPLE ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE, PHONES RINGING AND THEY WERE IN THE BACK. WE LEFT 10 MIN LATE TO THE AIRPORT

Close to the airport with covered parkingPosted Feb 6, 2015
I drove to the airport area a day early to ensure I could make it to the airport during a snowstorm. The hotel added extended parking to my bill and I was able to park in tier extended stay garage. Shuttle to the airport made sure I didn't have to deal with slushy roads and horrid traffic.
