Pros: comfortable and quiet
Location: Nice resteraunt right next door,close to major hwy and close to both Park Ridge and Des Plaines
I flew into Ohare from Las Vegas and didn't want to fight traffic driving home.So I chose to stay at this very nice,clean comfortable hotel to get some much needed rest.Then I had a nice complimentary breakfast before driving home.

Friendly staff but smelly room

Pros: staff, lobby and breakfast
Cons: repair water damage in room and air out the smell
Staff was great. Lobby was very nice. Breakfast was good. The room was ok. Bathroom very tiny (in fact wash basin was not in bathroom.) Room had water damage on ceiling that was partially repaired. Still had brown spots, but holes were plastered. Room smelled musty from water. So much that my clothes had the smell on them when i left.

I am very happy to let you know that we are in the process of renovating our rooms and there should be no odors when we finish. Reasonable hotel, slightly pricy, near O'hare

Cons: Close proximity to O'hare.
Location: We didn't go to any attractions or local activities.
Airport shuttle and proximity to O'hare was important for our trip. They had a light breakfast for us in the morning. Overall it was good, and I would go there again.

Good Hotel and Restaurant

This was a business trip. The hotel has been updated and is very pleasant. We understand they serve a hot breakfast, though we had made other arrangements and didn't eat there. The breakfast area looked nice, and there was coffee available. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator as well as a coffee maker, and the furnishings and bathroom were updated. The shower was excellent. The bed was harder than we prefer, but it would please many. The linens were attractive and comfortable. Tiffany's Restaurant is just across the parking lot, and it was very good the one night we had dinner there. They serve breakfast all day and a wide variety of sandwiches and meals. Excellent service and very good food. They also serve beer, wine and cocktails. We will certainly stay at this Comfort Inn in the future.

If breakfast isn't important I'd stay again

Breakfast eggs tasted unusual, we didn't eat them. Service friendly & courteous. Shuttle service to airport really good!

Quiet, Clean, and Comfy!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Comfort Inn O'Hare the night before we left for a getaway in the Dominican Republic. We had a super early flight and wanted to make our lives a little easier than getting up at 3 am to make the trek from Milwaukee. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the parking and airport shuttle. The parking was much less expensive than anything close to O'Hare, plus we received one night free. The shuttle drivers were courteous and got us to the airport pronto at 5:45 in the morning. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at the Comfort Inn O'Hare!

Comfort Inn near Chicago Airport -good choice!

The only problem I had is the room service they knogged my room 5 times to ask me if I want to clesn my room and after that the phone rings they ask me if I want to stay on more night. That was annoying.
