Disappointed.

Pros: Employee at front desk was nice.
Cons: Needs good cleaning and basic maintenance.
Location: Mexican food next door was good.
Dirty, dingy, didn't seem particularly safe. I think I will avoid Baymont in the future.

The room was clean but the blanket looked liked it hadn't been washed for awhile. There were burn holes in it and stains.

Received some misinformation from Hotels.com which resulted in us needing to get a third room for our stay. I would not stay here again.

This is an inexpensive place to stay that I find satisfactory. Willows is a stop if you're going to the race track or on an I-5 trip. I have stayed here a number of times and it's always the same. I'm never really impressed or disappointed, which is just what I need while staying in Willows.

Pros: Friendly and welcoming desk staff.
Cons: Get rid of the awful smells.
Staff is pleasant and welcoming. Room quality is fine for what it is. If it wasn't for the smell, I would be back. The smell, well let me tell you about that. I stayed in two different rooms of the hotel on two different nights while in the area. The first room I stayed in (129) had an odd musty/sewage type smell, while tolerable, wasn't pleasant. The second room (221) while shown as a non-smoking room (per reservation and placard on the wall outside room) absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. I was way too tired to try and move rooms, so I just went to sleep and got out of there in the morning. The complimentary breakfast was your average cheap continental breakfast. A minor selection of store bought baked goods, apple & orange juice, a couple cereals, and DIY waffles. There were no fresh fruits or other types of produce. I appreciated having what was available however, but I think they could easily improve this without spending much more money.

The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She even called us to remind us about breakfast in the morning and asked if we needed anything.

Sheets right on mattress , no mattress pad. Cases on pillow, no protectors. Stained Cheap towels wash clothes had hairs. Recliner was gross. +'s , Great front desk staff. Had interior doors. Fridge & microwave & coffee maker.

Comfort and Convenience

We found the Baymont convenient and comfortable. The room was roomy and the motel was located in a quiet location. We will stay there again, should the need arise.
