The hotel refused to honor the room I reserved. According to the staff, any accommodation required a manager (who wasn't available). The room I was given had a terrible odor and wasn't very clean. I found a more suitable hotel for the second night.

Descent hotel, in an area with very little to do.

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Thunderhill raceway
Not much to do, but we made the best of it. The racetrack was fun to visit, but the rest of the town does not have much to offer.

Conveniently located near I5

Was there to pick up a vehicle from the US Forest Service. Didn't know the area and this was cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express. Very polite and helpful front desk attendant.

Good hotel with good freeway access.

Stayed in Willows for a graduation in Chico. The drive to Chico was easy and only took about 40 minutes. The hotel was right on 162 so it was in a good location for us.

Cleaner than most places. I use a bi-pap machine at night and often have to pull out the night stand to plug in. There was no trash or build up of dirt there as there is in many places.

Disappointed.

Pros: Employee at front desk was nice.
Cons: Needs good cleaning and basic maintenance.
Location: Mexican food next door was good.
Dirty, dingy, didn't seem particularly safe. I think I will avoid Baymont in the future.

Nice

We used one of our free nights and ended up paying only eight dollars for this hotel. Definitely the best eight dollars I've ever spent on a hotel. We randomly selected it while driving late at night--the girl at the front desk upgraded us to a king suite with a hot tub. What a lovely gesture--we were so tired and the bed was wonderfully large and soft. I had concerns because we were right beside the freeway but either they have some great soundproofing going on, or I slept unbelievably well. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to any tired traveler.

The Baymont is the place to stay.

My wife and I come to Willows about 3 times a year and we always stay at the Baymont. It's close to where we need to be, comfortable, reasonably priced and clean with nice family style restaurants close by. We always feel safe and secure.
