“Not for the business traveler”
This hotel was nice for those needing to be in Paradise. It is 15 miles from Chico and the main highway. I was in the area on business and didn't realize that the 15 miles is mountain driving. A beautiful little town, but not the best for business travel
“We froze!”
The hotel was clean, modern looking on the outside (inside the rooms were decorated at least 25 years out of date) the staff was very pleasant but our room was an ice box! We were so cold and the heater seemed to only blow cool air. We huddled in bed for hours before the room started to warm up. We woke up to snow the next morning!
“Stay there once a year”
Comfortable beds, very quiet, nice views out windows, very nice pool & hot tub, good breakfast selection.
“staying in paradise, this is the place!!!”
My wife her sister and I (3 of us) decided to share a 2 bedroom. I found the parking very well lighted at night when we arrived for a friday night. The host gave us alot of help in our needs. I also was happy to be placed on the 1st floor, even though they have a elevator, I just don't like to wait and having had a large cooler...the room provided all the essentials, clean and very quiet. The frig and microwave really came in handy. Plenty of towels and soap for the 2 days we were there...we only asked for new towels and they were provided. The swimmimg pool and jacuzzi were great. If I have to return for a stay this is the place for me
