“Best choice at the price in Chico!”

Very clean, prompt service, polite staff. Bartender at The Hub was new and inexperienced, but a great hostess and conversationalist. Hotel was overall much more pleasant than the similarly priced options in Chico.

The rooms are freshly updated with very little signs of wear. the bedding and towels were in excellent condition and the bathroom fixtures were very good quality.

I had an excellent stay here at the Holiday Inn. The room was very clean and the new bedding was very nice and comfortable. I also enjoyed their hot breakfast buffett that was only $6.00. What a deal. The staff was also very friendly everywhere that I went in the hotel. Next time I go to Chico I will definitly be staying here again!

“Way beyond what I had expected!”

Recently I was up visiting some family who live near the hotel and thought it would just be easier to book a room here. I was a little hesitant after reading a couple of the reviews, but I must say I would absolutely stay here again. And in fact I'm suggesting it to other family members as well. The hotel and accomodations seemed fresh and clean, the room was immaculate, and I didn't notice any noise from other rooms. The hotel staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay. There is a bar and a restaurant on site, and this is a college town so I might expect that at times things potentially could get a little rowdy. I had seen this mentioned in a couple of the reviews. However this was not my experience at all, and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

“Extremely Satisfied Customers”

We were more than satisfied with our stay of 2 nights. The hotel is very clean and organized. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. We will always make this our first priority for accomodations when we visit our son at college in Chico. The bar is nice and the restaraunt is better. More than fair prices on food and even having it in room delivered.

Room was musty and we had to run the air nonstop so the smell would fade.
