“The Wedding Trip”

Because we were traveling with my 94 year old mother-in-law we asked for an early checkin so she could rest a little and change clothes before going to the church. The staff gave us a handicapped room so that could happen. The rooms were clean and pleasant. We were glad to see refrigerators in the rooms, normally we have to ask for one for my mother-in-law. She needs food with her medications. We appreciated booking with Expedia as it was more economical than dealing directly with the hotel. Parking was close as were restaurants. We met some really friendly people at the little lounge and the bartender was most attentive. If we make another trip up to Chico we would definately stay at Oxford again.

“Favorite place to stay in Chico”

The Oxford Inn in Chico is a very comfortable hotel. Close to a lot of good eating and shopping. Far enough away from freeway noise to be nice and quiet. Breakfast is always great.

Excellent, well-run motel in a great location right off Highway 99 and close to everything. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The complimentary drinks and food at night are really a meal in themselves. Breakfast the next day is plentiful and outstanding. All the people who work here are very nice, and the place was a bargain. We came here to run in the Bidwell Classic 1/2 Marathon, and we'll definitely stay here again next year when we return.

The staff was very friendly and available! Our room was the quietest hotel room we have ever had! I recommended oxford suites to my sister & brother-in-law and they also had a very good stay.

The hotel was much nicer than expected. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient. When I return to Chico this will be my first choice of places to stay.

Love the two drink tickets with appetizers. We make the appetizers our main dinner. The breakfast is great!

“Great stay”

Had a great stay. The hot breakfast was great, not a here is a hot plate make your own waffle type but they actually had scrambled eggs, bacon, french toast. A simple hot breakfast but really good. They are currently going thru some renovations but this did not seem to interfere with my stay. Sheets were clean bathroom clean but did wonder if they actually vacuumed the floor everyday. (didn't see vacuum marks on floor)Great location and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Love this hotel-no complaints at all-very clean-nice size rooms-very quiet-breakfast and nice happy hour included-nice "extra" touches eg. cold ice tea and fresh fruit in lobby on hot days-very nice choice of beverages for happy hour-24hr gift/snack shop-wireless internet worked very well-stayed MANY times-always great!
