Good room for family of fourPosted Jan 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was comfortable. The fold-out couch was a little small for the two kids but they both got a good night's sleep. The main bed was very comfortable and with the door closed we could watch TV while the kids slept. You can hear the freeway right next door but this didn't prevent us from sleeping.

Pet feePosted Dec 27, 2012
It would have been nice to know about the $30 non-refundable pet fee ahead of time.

Near the breweryPosted Oct 11, 2012 on Hotels.com
Our stay was good. Stayed here so we could be near Sierra Nevada for Oktoberfest. We cabbed to the brewery which was $5.00 ha, it is a walkable distance but I wouldn't say it is a short walk. The people were very friendly at the hotel. The room is clean and large. The only negative is that our room was next to the busy road and the road noise is pretty loud. If I come back for a brewery event I will stay here again.

Affordable & Comfortable with Free Hot BreakfastPosted Oct 2, 2012 on Hotels.com
The Residence Inn was awesome. The rooms are like one bedroom apartments - you have a full "entry room," complete with two desks, a couch and some lounging chairs and TV. There is a kitchenette and a full sized fridge. The bedroom is in a separate room and has its own TV. Breakfast runs until about 10:00 and is generous - scrambled egg, sausage, yogurt, pancakes, waffles, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit. The receptionist was the most friendly person I have come across in a long time. I did not use their shopping service, but it appears the Residence Inn staff will do your grocery shopping. There is also a small "market" with soda and frozen foods in the lobby where you can purchase snacks. Very clean rooms and venue. It was a pleasant surprise.

We were very happy with our stay there. The only complaint we had was upon our arrival the girl that was supposed to be behind the desk was busy on the phone in the back room. We had to wait approx. 8-10 minutes before we were helped. Everything else was excellent. They were very accommodating in allowing us to use the dining room for our reception after our grandmothers service. We would definately recommend the Residence Inn to anyone.
