“Good Stay at the Sunset Inn”

Our room was clean and we enjoyed our stay there. Would go back again when in Oroville. Rate for room was good price and the place was clean and bed was comfortable.

“Well Worth The Money”

An older hotel that has been renovated very nicely. The room was very clean and had all the amenities necessary to facilitate a comfortable stay, and the price was very reasonable.

“Good value, clean, looks nice.”

Non-smoking room (#122) was clean and nicely decorated. I would have given better scores if the cob-webs were removed from corner ceilings (look up maid service) and if the two sitting chairs were not stained. Overall though, I would recommend to friends as a good value.

This hotel was extremely dirty and noisy. You could here the person in the next room using the bathroom. I would never stay here again.

“My hotel review”

The rooms need to be updated and the air conditioners take very long to cool a room. The bathroom is so outdated they did not supply any bath soap etc. Next time I will look at other options.

I had to wipe off the bedside tables. Bathroom was not very clean.
