“Eh- it's fine.”

It was fine-- easy to find, right of the highway, not too far from Mt. Holyoke, which was the objective, and lots of chain restaurants, etc. nearby for whatever you might need quickly. The room was okay-- nothing special, but fine-- what you'd expect for this type of place. We were surprised to find that we only had a full-size bed, which seemed tiny compared to what you'd usually expect in a hotel, especially since there was only 1 bed in the room. Maybe it was because we ended up in a handicapped room though. We got there a bit early and just figured we'd take a chance on trying to check in. The woman at the desk seemed like she was going to call someone for a minute to see if there was a room ready that they could give us, but then changed her mind and just told us check-in was at 3. Which we knew, but most places will at least attempt to accommodate you if you're not super early.

“nice visit!”

This hotel workded well because they allowed our little dog, for a minimal fee. Good location, and we enjoyed the tavern next door!

“Chicopee”

The room was run down, smelled of stale tobacco (I specified non smoking) and mold, the curtains were falling off the rod, I could see the parking lot through the poorly fitting air conditioner, and there was no closet or place to hang my clothes! To her credit, the desk clerk was lovely and tried to accomodate me, found me a new room which smelled a bit better and had a rod to hang clothes, but it was still worn and uncomfortable, and looked dirty. The clerk graciously refunded my deposit (I booked for 2 nights, and offered to pay for one), because I just couldn't stay the night

“Convenient Location”

Decent room, great location, restaurant/bar located in same building. No problems at all.

“Don't expect the room type you selected in the reservation”

This is the 2nd year in a row that when I arrive at the hotel, they do not have the room that I reserved available. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and they only had king bed rooms available. Since it was a busy weekend in the area and no other hotels had rooms available, I had no choice but to stay and sleep on the sofa bed. Sofa bed was severely uncomfortable, woke up with a back ache several times throughout the night. Not to mention the sofabed was positioned right infront of the A\C to make the night even more uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice, but that's about it.

“Ohio Traveler”

Good,clean hotel. Breakfast was fine with fresh fruit, cereal,bagels and french toast.

hotel had nice clean rooms and pleasnt staff. the bar at the hotel was was lively and had a good local crowd...

“Good value”

We could hear big rigs from the nearby highway at night but otherwise it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

everything was close and easy to get to
