We would recommend this hotel close to the Airport

Cons: There should be elevators to assist handicapped in a 2 storey hotel.
Enjoyed our stay, flying out early it was great to be close to the airport.

Easy access off the highway

Cons: Needs a good updating, not just a paint job.
Location: Easy access to hwy 1.
Staff very nice, hotel is dated though(carpeting, wallpaper etc look worn). Room was tidy bit not "clean", carpet stained, stains on the chairs , walls. Mirror in the room had stains on it. Bed was comfortable though. But the price point was much more affordable than other hotels in the area.

Pros: pool and jacuzzi
Cons: They should not put anyone in a room that is not up to par.
The first day there air conditioning and sink did not work. When moved rooms after a night second room much better

Good value for price

One night visit. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Had mini fridge in room and the breakfast room has good selection of items to choose from. Would stay there again.

Close to tradex in abbotsford

Pros: Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Location: Tradex and airport.
Upon checkin the hotel staff tried to convince me that 2 rooms were booked not one. They had to shuffle rooms around to accommodate the high volume over weekend but didn't want to stand by reservation made online. In the end they gave us 2 rooms for price of one, but one room had no furniture except the bed. Water was leaking through the vent in bathroom from room above causing floor to be soaked. Overall a terrible experience.

Close to Suma Crossing

Pros: Easy to find of the Number ! hwy.
Cons: new carpet in the halls
A nice place for a low price. Work has been done renovating an older motel. Close to the Suma crossing so easy to get to. after crossing from the US.

Smoking room...ugh!

Not impressed to get a smoking room. Never even thought about it as it is not really acceptable anymore. My fault I guess. Air conditioner broken so I roasted all night.

Thank you for letting us know how your stay with our hotel went. We are 100% non smoking hotel and we take pride in that. Did you let our front desk know about these issues when they did the 15 minute courtesy call? If and when someone is not pleased with a guest suite we immediately move them to another room. We need to know about these issues when they happen so we can rectify them. Please allow us another opportunity to make your next stay a better experience!
