Staff OutstandingPosted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: Relaxing in the Hot tub and pool after a long drive.
Location: Close to the Abbotsford Sport Center. TH also very close.
Young lady at front desk helped book our next BW stay at this location and saved money also. Breakfast area had lots of choices and very busy, keeping the staff hoping to ensure nothing ran out.

Okay Hotel, Terrible RestarauntPosted Oct 20, 2014
The hotel staff were alright, nothing special about this hotel it is the definition of the middle of the road. The restaurant on site however is horrible. Unless you plan on eating food no better than a cheap diner for the duration of your stay I would reconsider. There is almost no other restaurants in walking distance and the area is not a great area to be walking around at night.

DisappointedPosted Oct 6, 2014
Dirty towels. Bathroom dirty. When brought up to front desk said they would do cleaning. Gave them a couple of hours to do it was still disgusting when returned. Nothing else done by hotel.

Nice Stay!Posted Oct 2, 2014
Had a great experience. Nice room, comfy beds, staff were helpful. The free breakfast each day was awesome -better than some buffets. Could hear some highway noise, but didn't bother us when we put the air conditioner fan on. The ABC restaurant was first class for our dinners. The Hospital is close by. It was great value! If I had to nitpick, We were not fans of coffee in the room.

The Queen is more like a double but comfyPosted Sep 30, 2014
It's hard to find a room immune from the freeway traffic noise. But this time we found the traffic negligible and slept sound.

Friendly staff, busy hotel, room largePosted Sep 21, 2014
Cons: More gluten-free food in the restaurant, at the breakfast.
Location: Close to the highway for a quick start to the final leg of our trip to Vancouver.
This was our first stay but we would gladly return if we're ever in Abbotsford again. There were many seniors and families staying at the hotel and most seemed to be faithful fans. The room was big and clean and the right temperature. We slept well, no noise disturbances, on a Saturday night stay after a long drive from Calgary. Had supper in the attached ABC Country restaurant and got a very hearty meal for a very low price. My wife, who has celiac disease and can't eat gluten, wished they had gluten-free bread but the serving staff were accomodating in finding other options (gravy on the side, etc.) The free breakfast was very well attended, so much so that staff were having trouble keeping the coffee machine full and the hot items replenished. We weren't eating but appreciated the coffee. Scrambled eggs looked dry and the bacon bin was quickly emptied. Didn't see any gluten-free breakfast items other than fruit, eggs, bacon.

Excellent central located hotelPosted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: Quiet and clean
While participating at a provincial track meet, these facilities were clean and very comfortable, very reasonably priced. Close to all highways and connectors.
